AppExchange for Service: NCR Silver “Wows” with HeyWire
Dreamforce 2015 was a particularly special event for HeyWire. We had tons of interest at our booth and were lucky to have Salesforce offer many demos of our LiveText Agent for Salesforce app in their Health & Life Sciences and Foundation theaters.
Luckiest of all, we had a customer – NCR Silver – deliver 4 sessions related to using AppExchange apps for customer service.
NCR’s Logan Pounders participated in a panel presentation titled “AppExchange for Service: Wow with Customer Service Apps” where panelists reviewed the apps they use in there Salesforce orgs. HeyWire is in excellent company, but rate at Logan’s favorite (thanks, Logan!).
